How it works

Listed in three steps

  1. Upload your inventory

A CSV with part number, quantity and price. There's a template on the upload page. Prices stay in RapidQuote and are never shown.

  2. Turn listing on

See exactly which parts will be public before you agree. Hide anything you'd rather keep off.

  3. Answer the requests

Each one arrives by email with the part, the quantity and the buyer's details. Just reply, at your price.

Where buyers find you

Three ways in, one inbox

Find Parts search

Buyers type the first few characters of a part number on Find Parts and see who has it in stock.

Your own supplier page

Every listed company gets a page of its in-stock parts. Link it from your website and your email signature.

Search engines

Each listed part has its own public page that search engines can index, so buyers can find it without knowing RapidQuote yet.

Your prices stay yours

Buyers see that you have it. Not what you charge.

Your listing is public: anyone can see the parts you list, their condition, and your company and location. That tells a buyer where to ask. Your prices and quantities are never shown to anyone, other suppliers included; a price goes only to the buyer who asked, in your own reply.

Buyers see

  • Part number and condition
  • Your company name, city and state
  • When you last confirmed the stock

Buyers never see

  • Price
  • Quantity
  • Your descriptions and email address

See what it brings in

Your leads, counted.

The Leads page shows the latest requests we send you, with monthly and all-time totals. Where we can, it shows an estimated value: the quantity asked for times your lowest listed price for that part. It measures the business coming your way, not sales.

  • Upload at least every 30 days to stay listed
  • Hide any part, any time
  • Parts you upload later are listed too

Listing comes with a RapidQuote plan

The same plan lets you send your own quote requests to the vendors on our list. Receiving quote requests stays free, with or without a plan.

Straight Answers

Will buyers see my prices?
No. Buyers see the part number, its condition, your company name, your city and state, and when you last confirmed the stock. Your prices, quantities, descriptions and email address are never shown. You send your price when you answer the request.
How do buyers reach me?
A buyer finds the part, picks the suppliers they want to hear from, and confirms their email address. We then send you the request by email with the part, the quantity and the buyer's contact details. You reply to the buyer directly.
What does listing cost?
Public listing comes with a RapidQuote plan: $24.95 a month or $240 a year, and new accounts get 30 days free. Receiving quote requests stays free.
What file do I upload?
A CSV with Part Number, Quantity and Price columns. Description and Condition are optional. The upload page shows an example and has a template you can download.
How long does a part stay listed?
A part stays listed while it is in stock and was confirmed by an upload in the last 30 days. Upload again at least every 30 days and your listing stays current. Parts that are not confirmed drop off until your next upload.
Can I hide parts or stop listing?
Yes. You see exactly which parts will be public before you agree, and you can hide any part before or after you turn listing on. Turning listing off takes your parts off RapidQuote's pages at once. Search engines may keep copies they already made for a while.
Will my parts show up on Google?
Each listed part has its own public page, and so does your company, and search engines can index them. We cannot promise rankings. Linking your supplier page from your own website is the best way to help search engines find it.
