Getting Your Inventory In

CSV import

The CSV import lets you upload inventory and prices from a file. Use it when your parts are already organized and you want to place the list on file with RapidQuote.

The update screen

Use the update screen to add or change the inventory and prices you keep on file. It gives you a direct place in RapidQuote to make updates without importing another CSV.

Keep it current

Keep your inventory current on your own schedule. When Rapid Quoting answers a matching request automatically, it always uses the price currently on file for that part.
